Installation Procedure

Prepare the Purlins / Rafters

Make sure the purlins used are straight and even. Draw a straight line parallel to them before installing the roof. When installing, it's mandatory to use wide boards as stepping stones to prevent the roof from bending.

Slope Angle

The minimum slope angle is 15° (degrees).

Install Roofing

Install SDS According to the Diagram

1 square meter requires 5 SDS & 5 Roofseal® / Roofseal® Pro.

Overlap

The length of the overlap (if any) is 30 cm (at a slope angle of 15°). During overlap, ensure that Roofseal® / Roofseal® Pro and SDS are installed directly on the purlins / rafters to avoid the risk of leakage.
